At Turin Coffee Grinders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your precision brewing equipment. If your grinder doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Grinder
Thoroughly clean all coffee grounds from the burrs and hopper, then pack the unit securely in its original factory packaging including all accessories.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
